Administration Program

The Administration Program consists of the Administration Division and the Permit and Enforcement Section. Administration oversees and directs all departmental programs and provides personnel, budget, management services and safety training. The program coordinates with other county departments on issues relating to contracts; Workers’ Compensation claim processing; enforcement of rules and regulations relating to Title 13 of the Maui County Code, departmental administrative rules and countywide beautification requirements; and encourages and facilitates partnerships with the community to provide recreational programs and services for the community.
